Having received a large number of award submissions from across the country, shortlisted teams were showcased through pre-recorded videos, with live audience voting determining the winners on the night.
Space House won one of eight trophies – the Justin Waylen Award for CX and Placeshaping – a special award that was named after a beloved colleague of ours who sadly passed away. In a hotly contested category, Space House was running again Television Centre on the night, and came away with the win for a well-rounded approach to placeshaping and customer experience. The submission highlighted the welcome experience, array of events to attend and Space Magazine, among many others.
